The Pancake Pantry theme song

By Pam Daley, Steven Farmer
& David Baldwin (2009)

There's nothin' fancy about the Pantry
We simply have the best pancakes in town
23 varieties, our bacon's crispy
And you've just gotta try our hash browns

Now people come from miles around
From here and out of town
They stand in line just to get in our front door
'Cause you never know who you might see
Maybe a celebrity
We aim to please so you'll come back for more!

We're crackin' eggs on the grill all day
Stackin' the pancakes high
Served with southern hospitality
So put your boots in the stirrup
We make our own syrup
But we'll never share our secret recipe

So head on down to the Pantry
In the heart of Music City
Where the waitresses will greet you with a smile

Yeah, we've got the best pancakes in town!

"Pam Daley, A.K.A. "Songbird" has been serving customers at the Pancake Pantry since October of 2006. Thanks to the support of Pantry owner (and friend) David Baldwin, Pam's CD titled  "Someone Like You" was recently completed and is now for sale by the register at the Pantry.  It is also available on Pam's website pamdaleymusic.com, itunes.com, amazon.com and cdbaby.com.  Pam wrote the Pantry Theme Song as a way of saying thank you to The Pantry for employing her and to her boss David Baldwin for believing in her.  Pam is also the only waitress in Pancake Pantry history to have sung on the stage of the Grand Ole' Opry.
