Private Events Menu
We offer several different packages to make planning your private event as easy as possible.
BREAKFAST BASICS
Breakfast Basics includes:
· Buttermilk Pancakes
· Eggs, Hash Browns and Sausage or Bacon
· Coffee, Tea, and Orange Juice
FOR THE REGULARS
Breakfast For The Regulars includes:
· Choice of two: Sweet Potato, Sugar and Spice, Buttermilk, Banana Bread, Santa Fe, or Buckwheat Pancakes
· Eggs, Hash Browns and Sausage or Bacon
· Coffee, Tea, and Orange Juice
SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY
Southern Hospitality includes:
· Buttermilk Pancakes
· Eggs, Hash Browns, Shrimp & Grits, Steak & Eggs
· A choice of Sausage, Bacon, Turkey Sausage or a half Country Ham
· Coffee, Tea, Orange Juice, Assorted Juices

WHAT HOURS IS THE RESTAURANT AVAILABLE FOR EVENTS?
The space is available for events beginning at 5pm Monday-Friday and 6pm Saturday-Sunday, following the close of business. Pancake Pantry’s hours of operation are from 6am-3pm Monday-Friday and 6am-4pm Saturday-Sunday.
WHAT IS THE CAPACITY?
Capacity is based on your individual event set up; however, Pancake Pantry can accommodate seated dinners for up to 100 and cocktail style receptions for 120.
CAN I BRING IN AN OUTSIDE CATERER?
At this time, all catering will be provided by Pancake Pantry. Catering packages and menu design will be custom created with the team to suite your needs, whether it be passed appetizers or a full buffet. Menu items will differ from Pancake Pantry’s daily menu. We are currently offering breakfast options and will introduce additional menu items in the future. Based on your preferences, however, feel free to inquire about custom menus.
CAN I BRING MY OWN ALCOHOL?
Due to our current liquor laws, Pancake Pantry cannot allow outside alcohol at this time.
DO I NEED AN EVENT PLANNER?
The Pancake Pantry team has an event-planning partner who is available to plan your special event, or you are welcome to use your own. Our partner is able to coordinate every detail of your event from design, menu, lighting, entertainment, rentals and any additional services you may need.
IS PARKING PROVIDED?
The parking lot located behind Pancake Pantry, which is operated by Park Happy, offers 1.5 hours of free parking before requiring payment for parking. There is also limited street parking in the surrounding area. Valet parking or other transportation will be at clients’ cost.
DOES PANCAKE PANTRY ARRANGE RENTALS?
Pancake Pantry will provide chairs, low top and high top tables.
WHAT IS THE ACCESSABILITY OF PANCAKE PANTRY?
Pancake Pantry is fully ADA compliant.
